French Paul just left Canada, on his way back to Orlando!
Yan Tibo and I are packing our stuff for the same trip, except were going in my nice little car..! Were going on the road again for a little haul.
Just gotta make sure the car is clean, oil, gas and tire pressure are good and were hitting the road!
Hope I dont forget anything…

Jr. Pro men qualifying was the main event of the day, my brother Raph rode. He rode well enough to get 2nd and qualify through to the next round!!!
Tomorrow he rides at 3pm in the 1st heat: Freddie Wayne, Raph Derome, Julian Cohen & Kyle Evans.
For my part I spend about 4hrs driving around Orlando, took a quick set with Phil on his new VLX and took a couple laps at the Oakley BBQ at OWC.
Busy day, hopefully tomorrow is a little bit more relaxing!!

Since Worlds are in Orlando this upcoming week end, I’m spending the week in Orlando at my friends house. This morning I woke up at the Soven residence and waited for Phil to wake up… when he did, we left for the Malibu dealer to go pick up his brand new Wakesetter VLX!!! We then drove back to his place to try it out.
Phil went 1st and was asking for some double ups, on his 2nd attemp, he landed a switch ts 1080!!!! Its also on tape, keep your eyes on the web for the video.

Pro Tour season is already over for 2010 and it was in Knoxville, Tennessee that it finished!!
It started with Bob Soven getting his yellow King of Wake leader bib, and getting to wear it only once as he doesnt lead any more… unfortunately
Parties were great, and filled with really nice people, Knoxville Rocks!!!
As the finals arrived, only 6 riders were left; Olivier Derome – Rusty Malinoski, Dany Harf, Austin Hair, Harley Clifford and Phil Soven (in order off the dock), after everything was over this is how it looked:

Wakestock Day 1 just finished!!!
Kick off party was a blast, ended early in the morning with some unpredictable phone calls… The contest went well today, the course was long and the 2 rails were slick!
Went from 24 riders to 18, Raph and I both won our heats so we’re stoked and ready for tomorrow!!!

Il reste deja seulement environ qu’un seul mois avant la fin de l’été! j’ai pensé aux 5 choses a faire pour finalisé l’été en beauté avant le retour de l’automne.
1- Aller en camping. Dormir dans une tente dans un sac de couchage, et PAS dans une roulotte avec air climatisé, matelas trop comfortable, TV etc…
2- Jouer au mini-putt. Avec au moin 3 autres joueurs, rire et adrénaline garantie… hahaha
3- Se baigner la nuit. En groupe ou en duo, sauté au bout du quai la nuit c’est toujours plus le fun que le jour!!!
4- Pic-nic. Partir a pieds peu importe où, avec un petit lunch de préparé pour aller le manger en paix (en bateau, sommet d’une montagne, bord de l’eau, etc…) Soyez créatife
5- Le Cinéparc. Il y a toujours de bonnes histoires a raconter quand tu reviens du cinéparc et puis c’est possible seulement que l’été!!
C’est possible de tous faire en une fin de semaine, donc aucune excuse valable de ne pas faire le top5!!
